What 3.5% rakeback means

Every casino game has a house edge: the small share the casino keeps over time. On Stake Originals like Dice, Limbo and Mines it is 1%. Rakeback pays part of that edge back to you on every bet, win or lose.

What is the Stake referral code?

The Stake referral code is SHIMA. Type it in the "Code (Optional)" box on the Stake.com sign-up form. It gives 3.5% rakeback.

Is the Stake.com referral code the same as a promo code?

No. The referral code (SHIMA) is entered once, at sign-up, and links your account to a partner. Promo or "drop" codes are posted by Stake later and redeemed in the Offers page.

Can I add a Stake referral code after signing up?

No. It only works on the sign-up form. If you just made the account and forgot it, you can ask Stake's live support, but they rarely change it.

What does code SHIMA give me?

3.5% rakeback: a share of the house edge paid back on every bet, win or lose. Stake's VIP program (Bronze and up) is separate and grows as you play.

Does a referral code change my odds?

No. Every player gets the same games and the same house edge. The code only decides who referred you and which partner perks you get.

Is Stake.com available in my country?

Not everywhere. For example, Stake.com is closed in the US (Stake.us is a separate site) and in Ontario, Canada. Check Stake's terms for your country, and don't use a VPN: it breaks the terms and can freeze your account.
