Each gem you open raises the payout. Payout = 0.99 ÷ chance of opening that many gems in a row, so the house edge is 1% at every step.
How many mines are best on Stake?
None is better in the long run: every mine count and every cash-out point keeps the same 1% edge. Fewer mines means smaller, safer steps; more mines means bigger, riskier ones.
What is the chance to hit 1 gem with 3 mines?
88%, paying 1.13x.
Is there a Mines pattern or predictor that works?
